代表性成果 (获奖成果、专著、论文、专利)    

研究兴趣主要围绕基于目标导向的串联环化反应及其在天然产物合成中的应用开展研究。发展了光诱导电子转移(PET)自由基串联环化反应,并将其成功应用于C20氧化贝壳杉烷二萜天然产物sculponin U的全合成;建立了钯催化半片呐醇重排串联芳基化构筑氢醌类天然产物 dysiherbols A-C 的核心骨架;发展了少见的铁催化串联缺电子烯烃 aldol 反应构建倍半萜 rumphellclovane E 的桥环骨架;基于钯催化串联羰基化/螺环内酯化,通过调控底物取代基的差异性首次实现降三萜 phainanoids中两种手性氧杂螺环内酯的立体多样性合成;拓展了铁催化[5+2]环加成在真菌代谢产物 andilesin C 和二萜生物碱的合成应用;发展了反常区域选择性的铁催化γ/δ-烯基烯酮串联环化合成双环环丙醇。累计发表论文 42篇,它引超过 1000 ,其中以第一(共同)或者共同通讯作者发表论文29篇,包括 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 发表 2 篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 发表 2 Org. Lett. 5Chem. Comm. 1OCF 3JOC 2两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文引用超过200次,最高它引226
